Orders are approximately Delivered within 5 to 12 days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may take between 7 to 14 days. Please note that there might be delays in logistics updates during exceptional situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.
All transactions & deliveries are only carried out according to working days (usually Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on public holidays. If you place an order on holiday, the order will be processed the next workday.

The duration of international shipping varies based on the location, usually taking between 4-10 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. CalmiaLab cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.
For international customers, it is important to note that all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are their responsibility. If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Unfortunately, packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be re-shipped. Customers are, therefore, accountable for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order.
